Full Body Relaxation Hypnosis Session

These recording are good at dealing with a particular issue however I must take care with the words I use to avoid any unhelpful assumptions about the listener. It’s impossible for me to know the listener’s age, gender or other relevant details that might be important when creating positive change.

This is probably one of the reasons why we do get messages from people each week saying they would love to have a personal session for relaxation. Now unfortunately for most people that listen to these sessions it’s impossible for them to visit my practice to have a private one to one session.
